Please read these terms carefully before using MotionVeo AI creation services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MotionVeo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
MotionVeo provides a creative workspace for generating AI video and images from text prompts and, where supported, reference media. The service includes private account workspaces, generation status, galleries, downloads, plan quotas, support tools, and a protected service connection used to process requests.
Features, models, output formats, limits, and availability may change as the service evolves. Generation times are estimates and can vary with demand, safety checks, model availability, or upstream service interruptions.
3. Registration and account security
3.1 Account creation
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. One person or organization may not create accounts for abuse, fraud, or quota evasion.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for your password, sessions, and all activity under your account. Use a unique password, sign out of shared devices, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification or suspend access to protect the service.
3.3 Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use MotionVeo.
4. Plans and payment
Plans and quotas are displayed before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, purchases are made in advance and access is subject to successful payment confirmation. Payment providers may apply their own terms and processing fees.
Manual payment methods, when enabled by an administrator, require the requested transaction reference or proof of payment and remain pending until reviewed. We may reject incomplete, duplicated, reversed, or suspicious payments.
Prices, taxes, plan features, and quotas may change for future purchases. A change does not retroactively alter a completed order.
5. Credits, refunds, and delivery
Generation consumes the quota shown in your account. Failed or cancelled jobs are handled according to the status and billing rules displayed in the workspace. Where a refund or adjustment is approved, it may be issued as an account credit or through the original payment method when required by law or the applicable payment provider. Contact support with your order or generation reference before requesting a review.
Output delivery is not guaranteed to meet an exact time. We may retry, queue, or cancel a request when a model is unavailable, a safety check fails, or a technical issue prevents completion.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use MotionVeo to:
- break the law, commit fraud, or infringe another person’s rights;
- upload or generate content you do not have permission to use;
- create harmful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or exploitative material;
- evade quotas, payment controls, rate limits, account restrictions, or security measures;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another account; or
- resell, sublicense, or automate access unless we have expressly authorized it.
You remain responsible for your prompts, uploads, generated media, downloads, and the way you publish or distribute them.
7. Privacy and data protection
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the MotionVeo Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
MotionVeo and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, branding, documentation, and service technology. Subject to your plan, payment, applicable law, and the rights of third parties, you may use your prompts and generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for checking whether an output resembles protected material or contains rights-restricted elements.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, a particular model result, or that every prompt will be accepted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotionVeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the period giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify MotionVeo and its service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
11. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, fails payment checks, or threatens other users or the service. You may stop using your account at any time. Clauses that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property, liability, and indemnification, survive termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, law, or our practices change. The revised version is effective when posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
